# **AI training and advisory services for Alberta businesses**

Most businesses in Alberta already pay for AI tools. Most are struggling to use them effectively. I help people do that, in plain language. Common sense adoption and upskilling.

## **What a session looks like**

Take an office manager at a 15-person trades company who spends Friday afternoons writing quotes and chasing invoices. In the session we take that real task, try it with an AI assistant, check what it gets wrong, and agree on a safe way to use it on Monday. Then we do the same with the next task.

## **Who I work with**

- **Alberta organizations of any size, any sector: if your team is adopting AI and wants help doing it well, I can help.**
- **Organizations that support them: AI institutes, incubators, chambers, and universities that need a trainer for SME AI-adoption programs.**

## **Funding**

Eligible Alberta employers can use the Canada-Alberta Productivity Grant (CAPG). The employer pays 25% and the government pays 75%, up to $5,000 per trainee. You apply and get approved before training starts. I can help you prepare the paperwork, but you sign and submit it yourself.

## **Reach out**

Companies contract me to improve the way they use software tools and manage teams. I’m a Professional Scrum Trainer and Professional Kanban Trainer, and I’ve certified more than 2,800 people. I teach how teams really work, and now I teach how AI fits into that work.
